IVA Review
Hi all I thought my last payment on IVA was finished today after 5 years 27/07/12 was my new start in life, but I called the company dealing with the IVA and they told me I may still owe them £3000 and over as my yearly reviews was not asking me for more moneys when my wage slips came back all on the letter was reading was " Thankyou for your wage slips review will take place and someone will call you regarding any isues, now it looks like im paying the bill for them not getting back to me, I kept all the payments the same even thoe rent poll tax ect was increasing, would I have a case here, please someone advise me thankyou.

Maybe request in writing by recorded delivery (small cost involved) a full accurate breakdown of what this £3000 is actually for to start with.
With the above information then at least you are not batting blind so to speak and can start check this information against your previous correspondence with them, payslips & increase in living costs etc.
When speaking to people at the IVA company keep a record of who with, times, date & what was discussed etc.
There are complaints procedures and regulatory bodies to use further down the line if necessary or you are not satisfied but things may get resolved before those stages.
