My gripe was that they didn't phone me, thus not informing me that I'll never receive my item.
As for the PM, the contents contained sensitive information not suitable for a public forum.
You called after four days ... and as for the PM, we're talking about Argos, hardly a matter of national security! :rotfl:0 -

3.5 days, and again, I tried emailing, as emailing is free and phoning 0845 numbers isn't. It's not like I just waiting the whole time without attempting to contact them.
I was admittedly a passive-aggressive person. I would wait until I was !!!!ed off enough to do something.Starting debt: 3399.39 / Debt now: 2975.39VSP Challenge 2012: £39.58/£100 Crazy Clothes Challenge 2012: £3.00/£150

Why are you putting me at fault? I've done nothing wrong.
No-one is saying you are at fault. However, you can't complain about waiting in for three days when it was your choice to do so and you used an inherently slow method of comunication.
I would have called on the first day and based my actions on that.0 -
Argos cs is carp. They failed to deliver an order I placed full stop about ten years ago, then the failed to refund me. Had to go through the credit card company in the end. Have never ordered any large item from them since.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

I've only ever had minor complaints with them thus far, but this seriously puts me off using them again. :mad:Starting debt: 3399.39 / Debt now: 2975.39VSP Challenge 2012: £39.58/£100 Crazy Clothes Challenge 2012: £3.00/£150
