Gatwick parking keeping my keys and local

Hi

I am due to fly out from Gatwick in September and will be travelling down from the Midlands in my car.

I want a airport parking package and hotel for when I return as I know its going to be tiring of a long flight, would rather recouporate and then travel back up the next day.

I have been looking on a number of Gatwick airport parking sites and tried to get a deal with the parking and only Hilton seems to be the one for me as its on the South Terminal and its very local and parking is in the hotel and I take my keys with me.

I have seen too many programs where your leave your keys and then reps drop the car in a compound, I dont want to do this option as I wish to park myself in a secure location, take the keys and return back.

My preference Would be Gatwick's long stay car park SOUTH but I have noticed not many hotels offer the hotel with this car park?

I am tempted to book the long stay car park seperately and then book something like the crowne plaza near by and then just pick up car on the day I return and travel 2 miles up to the hotel..

Anyone stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Gatwick? Is the parking included or would that be extra? It looks like a nice hotel and for £80 seems a good deal....

We use the Russ Hill Hotel, 24hr shuttle bus and parking is in the hotel grounds, so no excuse for extra mileage on your car, should be around £80
