Woking to South Woodford

I am attending a funeral next Thursday at 10:30am at Forest Park in Hainault, but need to get to South Woodford before 9:30 for the cortege from the house to there.
Normally I drive, late at night coming back I tend to do A406-M4, but in the day I do M25 to Epping New Road and come down through the forest.
The public transport route is Woking-Waterloo-Stratford-South Woodford but obvioualy with the Olympics it's ridiculous to even contemplate.
Anyway, any word on what time we should leave Woking to get there BEFORE 9:30am, i.e. given that arriving at 9:45am because of traffic etc. would be inappropriate.

I would hat to think what the traffic would be like on Thursday. I'd be inclined to leave no later than 6.30 am.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
