You could return the cooker?
Request a loan? (If you can't get a bank loan or overdraft, you may want to try someone like Wonga)
You really have no argument with Nationwide. You knew the money wasn't yours, but decided to spend it anyway. Even if it was the casino company who paid you double, you could have requested it back.0 -

I suppose thats what happens when you act in a dishonest manner.
I can see why NW would not trust you with an overdraft bearing in mind the circumstances.0 -
This is not a "nationwide mistake", this is you DEFRAUDING them.0

Why is everyone feeding the Troll?0

Woah, you KNEW they had over paid you so you went out and bought a cooker?? Did you think the casino wouldn't notice and take the money back? Wow.
Sorry, no sympathy here.0 -
Why is everyone feeding the Troll?
Because we just can't help ourselves!
Off topic, but am I the only one getting thoroughly tired of this whole "yummy mummy" thing?
I mean come on, a name like "lexismummy"?? Is that your whole identity in life, you solely exist as the mother of a child? That is you only reason for existing?
It's like the people who have photos of their kids as their profile picture on Farsebook. Why do people seem to lose their own identity as soon as they have kids?0 -

Hurrah ! Someone who thinks my way !
I've just seen another post from a friend on FB saying how "on 3rd Aug i'll have worked 2 weeks on the trot, had little sleep, have 2 kids " blah blah blah. GET OVER IT, IT'S LIFE !
Why do people feel the need to post things like this ? Because they're attention seekers, thats why  The number of replies to my friends post saying "don't know how you do it, you're a marvel, supermum" etc, make me want to puke. I deliberately don't comment.
Anyway, this is nothing to do with the OP ! Sorry !
The OP doesn't appear to be very intelligent so maybe we should make allowances ? Would anyone with an ounce of common sense do what she's done ? (she has a child too, that's scary !)0 -
If you don't like what they post, why not just unfriend them on Facebook instead of !!!!!ing behind their back?0

Oh, absolutely. I certainly do that if they don't get over themselves and realise that they aren't doing anything millions of people before them haven't done.
In fact so many of my "friends" recently have had kids and turned into Mummyzilla that I've now closed and deleted my Farcebook account completely.
Huzzah! [:rotfl:]0
