DSR report by item number

After receiving two 3* for postage (which I subsidise and always under-charge), I tried to run a report by item no to see who left them.
The option to run by item number is no longer then, just either by listing date or transaction date.
Am I missing something, or have Ebay closed this loophole ?

No, just me being dense
Have found who left me 3*, one was the person who left a neg for non-receipt, so will be contacting Ebay CS to ask how she can leave a 3* for Item as Decribed when she never got the item. She also left 3* for P & P charges, again, how can she judge that one ?
The other 3* was for something I charged £2.49 P & P and it cost £3.50 to post :mad:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
At least they are not 1s. They are probably the odd few buyers who think 3 means absolute average. My lowest star is 4.89 for Item as Described. Just really annoying that buyers can leave blatently incorrect starsYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

If you give 1 or 2 stars for 'As Described' a box pops up asking why, and one of the options is 'I did not receive the item'

I ran a report by item and had all 5*, then added that transaction number and the two 3* appeared.
I phoned Ebay CS and explained that I thought that buyer had left me two 3* and she said that wasn't the case.

E-Bay claim that DSR stars are anonymous. Of course there is no such thing as you have found out. E-Bay will never admit that it is possible to find out who left particular stars as that would undermine their claim of anonymity0
