Hello
Quick question on NCD.
If I am involved in an accident and it is the other party's fault and their insurer agrees this, then will my claim against the other party's insurance policy reduce my NCD?
Thanks for your help

It may not affect your NCD but it may affect your premium.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

No.
If you don't make a claim on your own policy, and the third party accepts liability (meaning there will be no third party claim against you), then your NCD will be unaffected.0 -
"No fault" accidents (in the insurance sense of the phrase, i.e. the accident costs your insurer £0.00) do not affect your NCD. Your premium may still go up for being involved in an accident at all. This is known as a "claims load" and is a totally different thing to NCD.0
