New front door

does anyone know of a good place to get a new front door in the Wolverhampton area

Had quotes ranging from 850 to 2000 so far ....

    Ouch! Is that for hardwood or upvc? Wonder if it is cheaper buying a door from wickes and then paying someone to fit it??

    it isnt a really odd size or requirement is it?
    would have thought 850 would be topend for a bog standard upvc door.....

    The 1 thing you failed to admit when you made the statement "get a door", was whether you intent to fit it yourself or have it fitted.

    I'm guessing it's the latter, in which case follow the above advice and get a decent quote.

    This is a simple task both for an amatuer and a pro, your prices seem high.

    Arm yourself with the supply only cost of the door and needed fixings from suppliers in your area and take it from there.;)
