We were contacted last week by Monument telling us that we were due a refund (we had applied for one) of our PPI. Our phone chose to die at that moment and we have not got a phone number to get back to them. Looked on Google but did not get much info.

Dear Aberdovey, Ive a letter from Monument with their phone no (they have no email address!) ph 01293 228702. I rang two weeks ago and it was working. Im currently asking for my PPi back and they started off by offering half the amount to which I wrote accepting this as part payment only. They then offered the full amount without interest. Im debating this one. Hope this helps, Ann0
