Min & Max Temperature readings

I want to record min / max temp in a room over 6 months or so.
I'd like readings taken everyday but no-one will be there to take the readings, so has to be automatically recorded somehow.
Oh, and there's no electricity supply.
Probably impossible for the layman to do.... right?

That is just what I need, thank you for finding it.0 -
What you need is a max/min thermometer.
They are available with data logging
Only google searches, but it's a start
