Help with esa after winnig appeal...

Hi everyone
needing some help...after making the initial claim in march 2011 fo ESA and failing the medical i appealed the decision not to award me ESA.
then on 16th may 2012 i finally had my tribnal hearing after winning my appeal for ESA and being put in the work related section (it states on the papers i got after the hearing) i find im still recieving the basic payments i got up to and after failing the medical this being £93.00.
it now been over 10 weeks since i won my appeal and after umpteen phone calls to DWP witch never make things any clearer in how long its going to take or even whats happing and many promises of call backs witch never arrive i find my self at a dead end...

Does any kind person know the rate for a single person over 25 living alone in the work related ESA catagory? so can try to work out what im owed in backpayments and also how long it should take to start getting the correct rate after winning the appeal(now over 10 weeks)

any help would be magic...:j

single over 25 in WRAG = £99.15 per week....

But single over 25 waiting for assessment and on appeal = £71 per week

    So £93 does not compute

Is it ESA C or ESA IR?
Any income like pension or savings?

It seems the DWP is taking months.. perhaps 3 to process tribunal results... it's shocking but not much you can do...several people have raised the problem recently here... keep sending sicknotes if you've been doing that to get assessment rate while appealing. Congratulations on the win... so tribunal decided WRAG. The rates - page 7 on http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/benefitrates2012.pdf
