switching banks

Options
Does anybody know if you can switch accounts while under a DRO? I am with Natwest and fed up of the continued 'technical issues' and want to switch banks but not sure if i can and if so where to (not barclays, lloyds or HSBC). Thanks

    Hello there.

There wouldn't usually be any problems with moving. You'll need to choose a bank that's happy to take you on (do specify that you're after a 'basic' account). You should also let the DRO unit know that you've moved banks.

    Best wishes,

    National Debtline.
