Nat west crashed again!

Have just tried to log onto Nat west no luck phoned them and was told it had been down for 2 hours, should be up and running by the end of the day and any charges that I incurr will be refunded, oh dear maybe time to change banks

See, thats what I thought so paid monies in to clear all my monies owed. That was Monday, today they still haven't credited it to my account - they confirm funds were received but the "system" isn't allocating them to accounts properly.0

My car insurance payment still hasn't been taken from my Ulster account & my Sky payment went out yesterday despite being due on 14th,I'm pretty sure that one bounced because of all these !!!! ups & both direct debits being cancelled early in July due to me changing to Barclays.0
