Need help with mobile phone insurance claim decision

I have sent my Samsung Google Nexus S (I9020) for repair after it fell and the screen cracked.
The phone is currently on contract with T-Mobile and I pay £30 per month and £5 per month to the third party insurance company. When I took out the contract the phone was pretty much just new in the market 1 and half year back and it cost £535 sim free.
I have just got an email from the claims people saying they can not source a replacement phone of this model and gave me a list of four phone and I don't like any of them I mean I just was my nexus and android 4.0.
Anyway here is the list below:
We regret that we have been unable to source the same make and model of handset that you previously owned. However, we would like to offer you the choice of the following handsets
Is there anything I can do or are they offering the correct value for my phone I mean the phone do have similar features etc but its no where near the same price for them I will still have to pay out a contract repaying a £535 phone?
What can I do?

the value will wel lhave dropped since you got it
Why dont you make a counter proposal, i.e what phone, similar features etc you do like?
Alternativel, can you source one, and how much would that be?0 -
Should I phone T-Mobile and tell them about the situation and see if they can upgrade me to a Galaxy Nexus and take some payment from the insurers or something?0

You need to read your policy to see what it says about new for old. If it doesnt say anything then you have an indemnity policy (which the majority are) and so if they do do a cash settlement it will be the secondhand value of your phone net of the excess.0
