Confusion over nice gesture

Hi,
I have sold a few bits on evil bay this week, and after 1 buyer asked for combined postage after the end of an auction I realised that two of the other winners had won multiple items also.
I combined the postage for each of them. It seemed the nice thing to do.
Now the person who asked for the combining has paid, and I have posted.
However one of the others has paid for one item with the original postage - (was £2.50 an item they won 3) the items sold for much more than I thought they would i.e I figured 99p, they went for about £4.50 each so I combined postage to £3 as although they are bulky they are not that heavy, it would just mean a bigger Jiffy bag and I was pleased as punch with the selling price.
What should I do?
I don't want to not save them money - however I also don't want to not post the item tomorrow as they have paid?????

Post the item tomorrow and issue a partial refund through PaypalYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever

I won't need to refund her - she's only paid for one so I'll send her the one that she's paid for.
I just don't get why she's only paid for one, rather than all with reduced postage????

That's odd; I would suggest that you message her to say you have one item ready to post to her tomorrow but, as she has won the others, does she want you to wait to post that item as you are offering combined P&PThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

Good idea.

i emailed her to offer to post them all together - but no response so i posted the one - the cheapest of the three she won as i didn't want to get negs for not posting ASAP after payment....
how soon can i open a NPB case the auctions were won on Tuesday, and still nothing from her for the other two items they won or one other winner....
I wouldn't mind but they'll be the ones saying that their items took forever to arrive.... (and it means i'll have been to the PO every day this week now. grrrr).
