Hi
I'm new to this and are looking for help. I was given a ccj 5 and half years ago it is due to be dropped from my credit record in December.

After an accident I tried to claim on the PPi and they sent me a pet insurance form and after loosing my job due to the accident but the NatWest did not want to know and issued a ccj.

I agreed to a monthly figure and have been paying it every month for 5 and a half years.

Two months ago I was paying my usual monthly £ to the NatWest whom with my ccj is with and I just enquired about getting a refund on my Ppi's. She gave me a telephone number to NatWest complaints and I rang them. After speaking to them for about 3 minutes they said that they would get back to me within 8 weeks.

To my surprise they sent me 5 acknowledgements on 5 different accounts, 2 loans that I had paid off 2 loans that I have defaulted on and a current account overdraft default all totalling approx £8000.00 I have not accepted it yet and don't know what to do.

Will this amount be taken off the debt or will the 2 loan that I had already paid be refunded to myself.

Any advice would be grateful.
