    How helpful, do you just post that for every question asked here?

    Seriously though I was after some friendly recommendations from people not just trying anything!

    Of course, it might have helped to get replies if your title had said Word rather than Excel :D.

    From Word I cut and pasted it into excel, again no help from google for that just initiative :shhh:

    And before you ask I had tried a word conversion tool but it corrupted the formating, hence why I asked for Excel but then found a Microsoft free one :beer:
