Looking for cheaper car insurance? I was. Tried everyone. Resigned myself to the quotes I got and the Suggs (or smuggs as I will now call him) Norwich Union advert came on and I hadnt tried them so I went for an online quote. 1600 quid. Do I want to chat to someone online... Yea OK, I'll try anything once. So here we are:
