Hi all, I am going through a redundancy and I am looking for some advice. Starting with the following...
The decision to make me redundant was voted on at a meeting of our company managers. Is this allowed and am I entitled to a copy of the minutes of that meeting?
Big thanks,
sl1m

I think you are entitled to know what was discussed in the meeting but I'm not sure about the minutes. You can certainly ask. I believe they are supposed to be able to demonstrate that there was no other option than redundancy. So if you aren't satisifed that they have done this you can appeal.0
