Changing a live auction to allow overseas bidders

I have my auctions set to only allow UK bidders, but I have a query from a buyer in Finland and I would like to let them bid.
My auction already has one bid on it, but I can't figure out how to change the settings to add Europe to my postl destinations, and add the postage cost.
I went to revise, clicked on the buyer requirements link, and unchecked the box "Have a primary delivery address in countries that I don't post to" but I still can't add an international postage price.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it seems to have allowed the Finnish person to bid, but I haven't been able to add an overseas postage option.
I assume if they win then I'll have the option to add the coreect postage on the invoice?0
