Cooperative Bank - standing order glitch?

Had an automated call from Cooperative Bank telling a £5 payment had been refused this morning.

Logged on immediately and all is fine with my account so spoke to someone there. They said they can't see any reason why the standing order has failed as there were funds available at the time and still available as well. But hey we will still charge you £15 for the privilege!

She went away and got someone else to check and apparently there are some other instances of this happening with other smaller payments on other accounts. So I have to just leave it with them and then when the charge gets slapped on my account on 21st next month, phone them up and find out if I will be allowed a refund or not....

Anyone else had any similar calls or problems with the Cooperative bank this morning?
