We have about 30 photos, which we need to get to a customer, quickly. We can't email them together (48mb total), so I'm thinking of file sharing. Our IT guy suggested Dropbox, but we can't expect our customer to create an account to access them, as they would have to. We did try mediafire, which creates a link to the folder, but they say they can't download/access them. Our only other option is cd, and post it, but we want to get them to the customer quicker than that.

Your IT guy is right...
Pop them in dropbox - send them a link to the folder. They don't need an account, just the link's url
E.g. here's my local takeaway menu scanned, in a folder within my dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6rjf1cc7yszfczq/Z-fmkpDreU

Download Free Google Picasa

Share/Send the link to your customer to view on-line
