Santander payment still pending?

Hi i made a payment to my OH on the23rd of this month. The payment is still pending. Is this normal?

    All faster payments have to be in the receiving account within 24 hours of sending, New FSA laws.

    Bacs for personal customers isn't operational anymore.

    I would phone santander regarding this. To find out why.

    Hsbc. The both banks are fps not a bother really. Will pay cash. Just thought online banking would be easier.

    I bank with Santander and got caught out with this yesterday. For the 4th time this year. Gets withheld by the fraud department. Very inconvenient!
