I would like to publicly thank the staff at VACUVIN for a 5 star Customer Service.
I have one of their fancy corkscrews (my pride and joy) which has a foil cutter spring clipped to the top. On the one and only occasion it has ever been used without me there, a member of my in-laws lost the foil cutter and in so doing nearly reduced me to tears and fisticuffs (!!).
Anyway after a pleading phonecall to buy a replacement to VACUVIN (UK) they said no worries and sent a free one out the next day.
My toy is now complete again and I think that VACUVIN are tops!! :beer:
