wt/ct payments

Hi, Sent a new claim as my husband has started work self employed in may. Sent form in on 6/6/12 and they wrote back saying they needed more info this week. Have sent more information yesterday by 1st class mail. My question is they say they only back date payments by one month now and not three months, so will my payments be one month back dated from when they make their decision or one month from when they reciveed my first form on 6/6/12

Thanks x
