Greggs compensation

Just a heads up, if you email greggs with a complaint you can back up (burnt toastie, camera phone snap) they will send you out vouchers for 2 'meals'
A meal can be any hot or cold sarnie/pasty any bun or scrips and any drink.

So if you get anything a bit icky from greggs take a snap on your phone before you eat it and gotta be worth an email.

Take my advise and keep away from the cafe one in Leeds Bus Station, I have nothing but troubles, such as previously from broken credit card machine they blamed on the me(unable to connect to server means I am out of money apparantly :rotfl:) so they snatched the coffee I had already started drinking away before I had a chance to see if I had another card, luckily I flinched and it spilled on her!
Queues are always messy and food below par, my vouchers will be going to a different Greggs for sure.

Saving for a year in Japan.
I need around £10,000. Help me get there!

I've often popped into Greggs in Leeds bus station cafe and had a cuppa, never had a problem to be honest.

Cant understand why you would want to go to the bother of taking a photo of a burnt toastie, and complain to another dept.

Wouldnt any normal person just refuse to accpet, ask them to take and replace it with one that wasnt burnt, or ask to be refuned for it. what did you actually do with it then.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Absolutely, and if something was "icky" enough to complain about, why would the OP then go on to eat it?

The OP is taking a picture of the offending item because, even though the pastie/sausage roll/sandwich was burnt/icky enough to claim compensation, they'll have eaten the evidence.

So, in reality, it can't have been that bad.

Arent Greggs, Bakers Oven, Cooplands all the same.

The windows always look identical, the stuff tastes the same.

I bet they are all made at the same place then distributed out.
I would rather stick pins in my eyes than eat a meat(ha !! what meat Iask myslf) based product from any of them to be honest.

It seems people will do anything these days to get some compensation. If the item you bought was in such a state your thoughts were to take its picture and then complain about it, why would you want to eat it?

Ah, you see. It's very clever. This way the OP gets an equally badly presented sausage roll as compensation for the previous icky pasty. Takes pictures of it, then moans (even though it has been eaten with no complaint), collects free "meal" as compensation, and so the cycle continues.

Until they are the size of a small terraced house. Genius.
