Cost of removals?

Hello, I'm a newbie here so apologies if I do it wrong 
Just after some opinions on a quote I've received for house removals. Last time, we did it ourselves so have no idea how much these things ought to cost.
We're moving from a 2 bed flat to a house, approx 15 miles away. We don't have a great deal of furniture and have a 'normal' amount of boxes. Have just been quoted £390 inc VAT from one company which OH thought was outrageous but I thought it sounded pretty reasonable. Not having anything to compare it to, it's hard to tell! Am awaiting quotes from other companies.
Does that sound like a bargain or a rip-off or neither?

I've moved a couple of times in the last 2 years, 1st time I paid £395 and it was only me. The next time was with my wife and we had a lot more stuff and it was only £295!!!0
