in Credit cards
Hi, looking for some help!i have a Barclaycard Platinum already and i just bought something for £400. My banc have said that it is not 0% on purchase and so if i don't pay off in full i will get charged. Should i get a new credit card with 0% purchase to pay off the barlcaycard?if this is a balance transfer issue then it says on the website that barclaycard is one of the best? But i don't understand how if they are charging me per month If i don't clear it in full?I don't intend to have this hanging over my head for more than say 3months!i would be so grateful for any help or suggestions!Thank you :-)

You can't use another credit card to pay it as it'd be classed as a cash transaction so you'd be in the same place. You could balance transfer it, but you'll pay a BT fee so if you're going to clear it in 3 months, just pay the interest you're going to be charged, it shouldn't be a lot but that depends on your APR on the card.0
