Train Ticket Refunds

I tried to buy some train tickets using a mobile app, and due to connection errors, it didnt appear to go through and I didnt receive any confirmation it had.

When I got my credit card statement I had been debited for the tickets, and when I rung the company they are refusing to refund the money. (I changed my travel plans as I didn't think I had bought the cheap train tickets)

Does anyone know whether I have any rights in this area as I didn't recieve any confirmation (either a screen on my phone or an email) to say i'd bought the tickets

    Talk to your credit card company for a charge-back.
