Can you remove bad ' positive' feedback?

Just in the middle of getting my money back from a bad bad seller who did not describe the item honestly/ correctly.
This is the first time in years I've had to leave someone negative feedback but dont have a choice with this seller.
They can't really see how they are in the wrong making every excuse under the sun so i'm concerned that although they can't leave negative feedback if would leave positive but write something bad.
If they was to do this would I be able to get it removed by ebay?
