Club Savings Account

I have recently taken over as treasurer of a members club, not a charity, and been handed a large cheque which need putting in a high interest savings account.
I don't want to incur any tax liability myself on the maoney so a personal account is out.
Anyone know where I can set up a club account with decent interest (notice account would be okay) in the clubs name with me named as treasurer? I'd preferably like to walk in to a branch somewhere and do it.
Thanks in advance.
