Lloyds TSB - Partial Refund!!

Hi All,
I wrote to Lloyds TSB in June 2011 requesting a refund of my charges totalling £835.00, and a month later they credited my account with £135.00. I got a letter a couple of days later stating thay they were only willing to refund £135.00 and as far as they were concerned the matter was closed. Due to having a new baby I didn't pursue the matter at the time, do you think I could write to then again to try and claim the rest back from them?
