Claiming Credit Card charges.....

I was wondering if anyone can help....

I am in the process of sending the standard template letters to reclaim credit card and bank charges. Some of the credit cards in question have been passed onto debt collection agencies who are now handling some of these accounts.

Do I send the letters to the debt collection agencies or to the banks? Am I still entitled to claim these charges back even though the accounts may have been frozen and passed over to a collection agency? Who do I contact for a list of charges/statements over the past 6 years?

I would be grateful for any help or advice that anyone can offer.

You send your request to the lenders not the DCAs', they have no idea how much you have paid in charges. You have 6 years whether settled, closed etc.
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
