Well if it is WTC only, your claim should have ended on 24th May. There is an overpayment from 24th May to 6th June.

You will need to complete your renewal (which will be the claim to cover the period from 6th April to 24th May as well as finalising 11/12)

You will then need to make a brand new claim now, but it will only be backdated 1 month from when HMRC receive the form. So there might be a gap.

Before you do all of that, you need to check with the helpline that your claim has fully ended. That is how the process should go, doesn't always mean that the helpline have ended it correctly though.

I have stopped recieving WTC payments from today so they must have ended my claim.

Can I send off my renewal and give them my JSA figures later as I don't have these from the jobcentre yet or should I wait before posting for these figures?

You might not have time to post it now.

I would ring the helpline and renew over the phone, stressing that you are only giving an estimate. Then try and work out an estimate for your JSA. You can then confirm it. The main thing is to give them the estimate before 31st July.
