What support would we get?

I am currently on Maternity leave and starting a new job in Oct 22 hrs a week. My son will go into nursery 2 days a week and I am going to claim WTC to help support the payments. Can I also claim CTC?
I will be earning roughtly 10K and hubby earns 17K.
Also in addittion my hubby wants to go to university full time (he would get a part time job around this)
I have no idea where to start if this is even possible with me working part time and him. We rent and have never had benefits before.
Anyone any ideas? Point me in the right direction? x
