Ulsterbank Creditcard

I have had an ulsterbank visa & mastercard creditcards for the past 7 years! I rang the bank and enquired about PPI that I may have paid, they responded saying I never supplied enough information for them to process the request further!

Though they did advise me that I can send a £10 cheque and request this.

Is this recommended? How likely is it that I have been paying PPI on both these cards?

This is a very busy website as you can appreciate, we all give our time for free here, your post would have been answered I am sure.

Do you have the statements or the card numbers? you can make a claim with these, if you don't then a Sar may get you what you need.

Yeah both these cards are still active, I get monthly statements but I am not sure of the account number.

Can you advise next step? Submit a SAR, is one SAR letter sufficient for both cards?

Your account number will be on your statements and on your cards. If you are paying PPI on your cards it will show on your statements.

Thanks mate, it doesnt show any PPI entries on my statements so I assume then I havent been paying.

Can I send a letter requesting late payment fees and overlimit fees to be refunded?

You would be better going to the other sub forum - reclaiming bank and credit card charges. If you look at the top of the page there is also guidelines to help you reclaim.
