I have recently been moved over to Virgin Media from Telewest and they are now charging me an extra £5 on my bill if i do not pay by direct debit. Does anyone know if these charges are unfair?

I believe they're unfair but VM are expensive for most things now. Their call charges are even more expensive than BT.0
