Credit Card with benefits and a £0 balance

Hi,

I am looking to get a Credit Card simply for the back-up on holiday, and no actual intention of using (other than for a Fridge, washing Machine when the time comes, but intend paying off in full).

Basically, a Credit Card that has no annual fee, will never accrue any interest payments (as will always be paid off in full), but has some sort of decent offer of a freebie when signing up - anything like this out there?

The best type of freebie that credit card companies currently offer is cashback. You get back 0.5-3% back on everything you spend.

Try Capital One, they offer cashback cards for people with a range of salaries.

All other reward cards typically have the offer get x when you spend £x in the first x months. So for almost any signup freebies you'll have to use it initially.
