    Well Smile have come up trumps first, I was starting to get paranoid :)

    Have already started the closure process ;ie;dd's and S/O's, so all going well, Santander will soon be getting no more of my business :D

    Before I do completely close the Santander accounts, should I print off all my old statements?
    Life is now good :)

    I would. Imagine trying to get them out of Santander later if needed for any reason... and they'd probably be charged for??
