Fine for me using IE9 & FF. Was on a few times yesterday and this morning with no problems, not even slow.

Yep - same problem here after submitting passcode and registration number.

I was on their site yesterday afternoon and didn't experience any issues, only from about 8pm last night and still the same now. Tried multiple browsers.

And yet their official statement included:
We are aware that an isolated group of personal banking customers had intermittent problems accessing Online Banking for a short time earlier today. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused and we can confirm that this has been resolved.

    ..cough...

Just tried through Firefox as recommended on here and got into my account no problems. Very weird that I can't get it through Safari.

It can't be a browser issue as is being suggested since where is doesn't work for you using Safari but it does using FF, the exact opposite is true for myself.

Perhaps it's time to flush the browser cache in the browser which doesn't work, or some other housekeeping exercise..?

ISTR having grief previously with a log-on somewhere which was resolved this way.

Where's an expert when you need one ?

Thanks, although my cache is cleared every time I exit Firefox and I clean my system with CCleaner, including all browsers, regularly.
