Low Voltage Lights for kitchen

Having problems sourcing LV lights for a kitchen area.
Needs to be a LV WIRE system running between beams - similar to the kind of thing seen in shops. Having problems locating a domestic supplier with a stylish enough product that does not require special electrical considerations (e.g. special fuses / upgraded transformers, etc).
All general suppliers do not stock anything that's "right".
