£30K car at 19 - You will need another £5k loan to pay for the insurance.
  • Oh please, it's soooo obviously a wind up.

We're all obviously supposed to go 'ooh, £10,000 at 19, that's so terrible'.

The OP must be sad, lonely or at a complete loose end....or all three.

Why? Why does this sound so hard to believe? So by your "'ooh, £10,000 at 19, that's so terrible'." I'm guessing it is unusual for a 19 year old to get approved for a 10k loan?

Yes it is unusual, this whole story is unusual.

If you have saved £20k at just 19yrs old, you would be the very first I have ever heard of to save anything like that figure.
    This leaves inheritance.

If you have inherited £20k, what on earth do you want another £10k for?
The best idea would be to stash it in savings until you want to buy a house.
Maybe take about £4k out and treat yourself to a car.

What could you possibly need £30k for at your age other than a blinged up new car to act the wide boy?

If the £20k did come from Inheritance, how much have you been saving out of your Salary?
The point is, how are you going to manage to repay a £10k loan if you are already spending your Salary?

Do you have any intentions of moving into your own place? point being, if you heavily commit yourself now, you aren't going to be saving anything like enough for you to move out until this is all finished.

All sounds a tall story, maybe it's the school holidays.

Perhaps the silly season has arrived early this year.

That really isnt the in thing to do though, the word save is just out of order for some of the youth of today.
