Cost to move wall between two rooms

Our house has an extension comprising garage and dining room behind. The garage is very long, the dining room is short so we would like to move the wall to shorten the garage.
The wall is a single layer of breezeblocks and it is a single storey extension. no idea whether it ia structural, how would i tell? We aim to mOve the wall back 2m. Electric sockets on the garage wall and a light switch need to be moved, the walls and the ceiling of the extra dining room space gained will need to be plastered. The other thing is that there is a step down into the garage so the floor needs to be made level.
Any idea on prices?
