Parcel2Go residential collect/deliver

I use Parcel2Go with quite reasonable success.
I have sold a largish item on ebay and the buyers address is c/o an industrial unit where she works.
I've noticed that Parcel2Go's cheapest option is for residential collection/delivery only. Does anyone know the reason for this and has anyone managed to bypass this restriction?
To deliver to a non-residential address is more expensive. Another lesson learnt!

Go through a user on eBay called 'payperdrop', I found out about them through MSE but they've collected from me on several occasions using DHL as a carrier. I've usually paid for the £5.99 31kg next day delivery option but there are others.0

I always use payperdrop, once a week. They deliver next day @ £5.99. They have not once let me down, even ordering at 8pm Sunday night, item will still be collected on Monday, delivered on Tuesday.0
