URGENT HELP - Current boss & reference

And then next month we read another of OP's thread informing us this new employer found out s/he's stealing money from the company, again.
We're not talking about a one-off. OP's making it a habit already. Sooner or later OP will try it again, and will get caught.
I pity that employer not checking references properly. No employer will want to hire OP knowing OP takes pride in stealing from the employer and brags how s/he's "had enough" lol.0 -

Oh come on I'm not into guessing games .....tell us who you really are as I can't be asked to try and work out which troll has reinvented themselves.
I've unfortunately used the company card for a personal purchase and I was mortified when I realised....luck for me the boss knew that this was a genuine accident and accepted my apologies and payment with no further action.
I'm betting, especially of the OP is staying in the same sector, that their boss' mental stability is well known.2014 Target;

Do you realise how stupid the possibility of using a company card for personal purchase by accident sounds? And are you claiming repeatedly using the company's money for personal luxuries isn't immoral and criminal? OP never came clean. OP was caught and then forced to pay the company back. OP worded it as though he chose, out of good will, to pay back the company 'immediately' which we all know is a lie.0 -

People like you should get sacked and marched to the police station for some jail time.
What you've done on more than one occasion is immoral, criminal, and you deserve no reference. If I were you I'd move on and try to find a job not requiring a reference, preferably in a different industry/area where you'll never meet your ex-employer or former colleagues ever again in case they bring it up and your new colleagues, customers, or employer finds out.
A bit over the top...... I suggest you calm down.0 -
Good on you OP! Having worked for a similar sounding crazy boss in the past, I know how much it wears you down, to the point where you can't think straight. I too was offered another job in the same sector straight away despite my less than perfect reference as it was well known in the area what type of person my former boss was! There are many things in life that will catch your eye, only a few will catch your heart. Pursue those.0

So as I understand the three events:
1. You put fuel you should have paid for personally on a company credit card.
2. You put £500 of personal debt on the company credit card.
3. You used a work mobile for personal calls.
So that's two counts of misuse of a company credit card and one count of misuse of a work phone, presumably with a disciplinary record to reflect this. These are not mishaps, in many companies you would no longer be employed.
To be honest, I'm not surprised that your boss feels he/she has to mention all of the above in a reference. And if I were your potential new employer than I'm afraid I would be withdrawing the job offer as soon as this came to light. How hard you work and whether you feel you have been bullied are irrelevant. You may not want to hear this but your record shows that you are not someone who can be trusted and it's down there in black and white.
AND another idiot (OP) who seems to think it ok to misuse company credit cards.
And ITA with all the above.
is this sho_me_da_money under a new user name because he's committed similar fraud type stuff (mobile phone used by brother) and also got a FWW from his *previous* company which he never told MSE what this was for??

Do you think OP's new employer would accept the explanation if they knew the truth? which in essence is theft and misuse on 2 counts of company credit card?
Vast majority of employers, my company included would withdraw their job offer immediately if any of the above came to light.0 -

And so would mine. But the OP says that she did explain the truth and they have accepted this. I have no reason to disbelieve the OP, and if it isn't true it is neither my problem nor the problem of anyone else here.0 -
