Claiming Credit Card Charges

in Credit cards
Hi In the past I have had a number of credit cards and a few years got into financial difficulties, as a result I :ohave entered into a debt management plan. I know I am able to try and claim back charges levied on these cards but would it be wise seeing as they are subject to the debt management plan. Would I be looked on unfavourably by the credit card companies. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Thank you.

You probably won't get any refund direct - just the balance on your account reduced by the charges refund and any interest.
You should certainly make a claim if the charges are greater than the £12 fee that most were reduced to following the enquiry.
You should certainly make a claim if you ever had payment protection insurance (PPI) on your accounts.
If you are in a DMP, your credit rating is probably pretty poor anyway, so I wouldn't be worried about upsetting your credit card companies.
You can probably find some help and template letters on the 'reclaim £1000's tab at the top of the page.
Good luck
