    Saw a link to that few days ago. The comments on the article I saw varied from some sympathy for him because the lending policies must have been non-existent to hope your cell mates enjoy you for a long time.

    If property prices fall in the UK, there'll be a fair few BTL LLs on 85% IO mortgages with similar tales of woe. Especially those having to shell out money on top of the mortgage each month to subsidise the mortgage or even those with an unexpected repair bill or void.
