Hi I am considering cycling to help improve my health and fitness but I have no idea what cycle would be suitable for me! The area I live in is basically flat, I am a 64year old male I can't afford anything expensive so any suggestions please. Thanks

If you have a Decathlon near you try them much better than Halfords. You'll be able to sit on a few different types of bike to see which is most comftable.0
