living social refund

hi, was hoping some of you have had experience of dealing with living social, as I'm concerned they won't honour their refund t & cs.

I bought a two night stay deal on 12th july, terms say full refund within 30 days of purchase if no suitable dates. I rang venue on 16th and they have no weekend/holiday dates left this year.

e-mailed living social requesting refund on 16th. Had a reply same day with case number saying someone would contact me shortly. Still not had any contact/refund, e-mailed yesterday, no reply as yet.
Can anyone advise me on how I should pursue this?

    Apparently this is the customer service telephone number.... 080 0014 8431. You might get further with calling rather than emailing :-)
