Ebay / Paypal problem

Hi, looking for some advice. Last week i sold something on ebay. The buyer paid on monday and i posted it by collect plus (as stated in my auction). I posted it the same day and according to the tracking information it was delivered on thursday. I have now received an email from paypal saying 'PayPal has placed a temporary hold while we're reviewing it. We'll contact you shortly with further information'
Any idea why? Obviously i have proof of posting and delivery and i would have thought if it was an issue with the condition of the item i would have been contacted?

There has been a glitch and it might be wroth phoning paypal. However, with proof of delivery and POP (keep hold of your receipt ) you would be fine anyway as you can upload the POP to get seller protection for a bank recall.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
